Nasrin Javidan has been practicing physical therapy since 1978. Her years of experience of treating inpatients and outpatients in different settings have provided her with unique skills to bring spirit into the healing process and get quicker results. In her last position at Montefiore Medical Center as a Senior Therapist and clinical instructor she worked with a diverse patient population, and graduate students.
Nasrin Javidan joined Quad Village Physical Therapy as director, and practicing therapist in 1999. Her eagerness to stay at the top of the profession has motivated her to attend numerous continuing education courses to incorporate the state of the art techniques and innovative procedures for treatment plans. She uses various manual techniques, and she is very skilled in Myofascial Release. In her spare time, Nasrin Javidan enjoys cooking, working out, and skiing.
Tunde Guttengeber graduated from Mercy College with a Bachelor and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. She joined the practice in 2004 with a strong background in anatomy and physiology, which are essential for making differential diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans. She enjoys working with a wide range of patients from children to the elderly and has a special interest in continuing education courses focusing on neuro- musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr. Moj (Mojgan) Rajai joined Quad Village Physical Therapy in January, 2011. She has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican College, Master degree in Biology/Physiology from Lehman College and a Bachelors degree in Biology from University of Tehran.
Dr. Rajai loves providing superior physical therapy services for patients of all ages and diagnoses; she is particularly passionate about treating orthopedic and pediatric patients. She also enjoys working with student athletes, since she used to be an athlete herself! As captain of her volleyball team in high school, she can really relate to athletes’ desire to resume playing sports.
One of Moj’s favorite parts of being a member of our team at Quad Village Physical Therapy is the relationships she builds with her patients. She’s always happy to lend a listening ear and a helping hand to assist her patients to feel at ease throughout their entire treatment while helping them return to optimal health.
Moj enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, cooking, dancing, and listening to jazz music.
A graduate of University of Bridgeport (UBCNM), Dr. Harandi has extensive knowledge in the field of Naturopathic Medicine and her specialization has been enhanced by clinical experience.
Dr. Harandi specializes in individualized treatment regimens that are specifically focused on achieving short-term rejuvenation and optimizing long-term health.
Through one-on-one lifestyle analysis, Dr. Harandi will help individuals to develop a customized wellness program including age-specific, goal-oriented nutrition and activity plans.
With a degree in business management, Mrs. Mione works as a billing manager. Beata has been with the practice since 1997 and became active in assisting patients with their administration needs. She works with the patients to keep them updated about their insurance benefits and how to get the most of their coverage.
Norma Castle is a certified Tai Chi instructor by the Arthritis Foundation with specialty in working with seniors. She has been studying Tai Chi with Master Domingo Colon, of the Tai Chi School of Westchester for many years. Norma teaches weekly at the Tai Chi School and has she has taught "Tai Chi for Arthritis" in a variety of settings throughout Westchester.
