For this reason, we do not utilize aides or assistants. At each visit, every patient receives one-on-one treatment with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy for 45 minutes. We utilize our in-depth knowledge to examine and accurately determine the cause of the patient's problem and then design a treatment plan to correct the problem. Manual Therapy

Sports Taping
Acupuncture
By inserting fine needles at precide points (acupuncture points) throughout the body, acupuncture harmonizes the body to promote healing, increase energy, decrease muscle and nerve pain, stimulate hormones, and regulate the body.

Acupressure
Similar to acupuncture, acupressure provides the same benefits as acupressure without needles to promote recovery and alleviate pain.

Plyometrics Training
Plyometrics training is focused on producing fast, powerful, explosive muscles that improve athletic performance and promote the nervous system.

Proprioceptive Training
Proprioceptive training increases sensory feedback and positional awareness of the body for rehabilitation and prevention of injury.

Postural and Ergonomic Re-Education
