S S M Physical Therapy in Troy, MO is pleased to offer the community a variety of different specialties including a Women's Health Specialist, a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist. We see a variety of different musculoskeletal diagnoses including back and neck pain, rotator cuff and impingement injuries, knee pain, arthritis, ankle sprains and many more. Our Certified Hand Therapist treats a variety of different hand and elbow related diagnoses. Other diagnoses include tendon repairs, carpal and cubital tunnel syndromes, distal radius fractures, tennis and golfer's elbow, C M C Osterarthritis, amputations, wound care and several others. In addition , our Hand Therapist is available to create custom-made splints at the clinic.
