At Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center in Partnership With Select Physical Therapy, our highly trained staff will design a specialized plan of care that is just right for you. Through experience, advanced clinical training and clear communication with our patients, our therapy team will give you the advantage in recovery.
Our centers offer a wide range of general physical therapy services such as hand therapy, sports medicine and work injury prevention and management. Other specialized services include but are not limited to: Vestibular, Women’s Health, Oncological Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, Aquatic Therapy (Morrow location Only), McKenzie Approach Therapy and Dry Needling. Please note services vary by location.
We do not offer D.O.T. or Sports Physicals, Home Health or Infant Therapy.
We accept most major medical insurance plans; however, we do not accept the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield H.M.O. or P.O.S., Kaiser, Amerigroup, Wellcare, Peach Care, Peach State or Medicaid Primary (Select will accept Medicaid only as a secondary to Medicare).

Jason, is a Patient Service Specialist at the Select Physical Therapy-Decatur outpatient clinic. Jason completed an Associates Degree from Atlanta College of Art in graphic design in 1993 and completed a year-long course in Illustration in 1995 while working in radiology and quality management departments of a local hospital. In 1996, Jason began working in outpatient rehabilitation and joined the Select Physical Therapy team in 2005.
Jason is a Georgia native. He is a published writer, sequential artist, and videographer and has written over sixty six sequential releases as fundraiser materials for the Art Awareness in Education programs. He teaches community art classes on anatomy, architecture, graphic design, sequential art, writing in storytelling, and storyboarding for television & film. Jason also lectures on self- publishing for small press venues locally and at colleges. He attends many local comic & anime conventions throughout the southeast promoting visual art charities, mission and values.
Nicole, PT, D.P.T., C.K.T.P., is a physical therapist in the Monroe outpatient physical therapy center. She has achieved success in the treatment of athletes and �the average Joe� in pre/post-op and non-operative shoulders, knees, ankles, hips and wrists, as well as the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Nicole received a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, FL in 2006 and a Bachelor�s Degree of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI in 1999. She is a Certified Kinesiotaping Practioner (C.K.T.P.) and is eligible to sit for the Sports Physical Therapy Certification (S.T.C. and/or S.C.S.), the Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) and the Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (O.C.S.) exams. Nicole assisted the team physician and training staff, of the Toronto Blue Jays, with player physicals required prior to Spring Training. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including: Orthopaedic Surgical Update: Shoulder & Knee, Examination and Intervention for Shoulder Pathologies: A Practical and Evidence-Based Approach, Fundamentals of Kinesio Taping, Advanced Kinesio Taping Concepts and Corrective Techniques, and Kinesio Taping of Dysfunctional Movement Patterns, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (S.F.M.A.), Orthopaedic Management of Lower Quarter Injuries and Foundations/Competencies in Sports Physical Therapy.read more
Kendra Lyon brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She and her husband moved from their home town of Watkinsville in 2009 and have one son together. Kendra enjoys traveling, spending time with family/friends and watching GA football. Kendra has 7 years of experience as a physical therapist treating in an outpatient clinical setting. Kendra has completed continuing education courses in ergonomics, therapeutic taping and advanced concepts in areas of the foot/ankle, shoulder and knee.read more
