What we do different:
*We take a holistic approach to your care
*Our physiotherapists find the root of the problem instead of chasing your pain
*We know pain location does not always equal “the source” of pain
*Our physiotherapists emphasize a hands-on approach to your care
*We use prescriptive exercises geared toward your specific injury
*We have incorporated a weight loss component in conjunction with your rehabilitation
Not all physical therapy is the same . . . come experience the difference!
Physical therapy involves the evaluation and treatment of physical disabilities, but we have gone above and beyond traditional therapy and provide a much more comprehensive approach to care. Check out What Makes Us Different. Our programs are designed to improve physical strength, range of motion, daily living activities and functional ability. Treatment begins with a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, so our physiotherapists can develop a personalized treatment program for you.
Treatments may include a variety of functional & prescriptive exercises and activities customized to your individual needs, with an emphasis in manual therapy which was shown to be better than just traditional physical therapy in the treatment of low back and neck pain by the Quebec Task Force whose results were published in the Spine Journal. Other treatments may include integrative systemic dry needling, low level laser therapy, gait training, kinesio taping, massage therapy and therapeutic exercise (range of motion, strengthening) and other treatments. Adjunct therapeutic modalities may also be used such as traction, ultrasound, electrical stimulation and other pain relieving modalities.
We treat many conditions, and are considered the premier providers for those with nueromusculoskeletal conditions such as:

Dr. Sean has over 13 years of experience with the physical therapy profession, and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2001. Dr. Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University and graduated A.S.U. with a 4.0 G.P.A., and was Awarded “Outstanding Senior of the Year” in 1997.
After earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arizona School of Health Sciences, he helped grow and expand various clinics in the Phoenix Area, and entered into private practice in Casa Grande, A.Z. in 2004. He is experienced in working with a vast spectrum of patients, ranging from professional athletes, to children and older adults. He has a passion around seeing his patients, peers and families win, and has focused extensively on manual physical therapy over the last 9 years, because he found that although traditional physical therapy was helpful, it didn't go the extra mile to help patients achieve their maximum potential with recovery. Dr. Sean believes every client encounter is a unique opportunity to learn from his patients and become better at serving others.
Dr. Flannagan is married to Lina Flannagan, the business manager of OneAccord, and together have two amazing young boys who, on special occasions, accompany their dad and help create a cheerful environment at the clinic. They also have two boxers, Argus and Toby, whom love to play with the family and are great with the kids!
