Amanda Lasseter, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Orthopedic and Manual Therapist, is the center manager and a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy's Tempe Greentree outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine center located near I-10 and Warner Road in Tempe, AZ. She has developed an expertise in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, with a particular interest in sports injuries and post-operative conditions involving the extremities.
Amanda earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Psychology. After finishing her graduate education, she completed a 10-month orthopedic and manual therapy certification course with the Ola Grimsby Institute. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including Returning the Injured Athlete to Sport, Spinal Manipulation for the Physical Therapist, and Graston Technique.
Outside the clinic, Amanda enjoys the outdoor activities Arizona has to offer with her husband, including running, hiking, cycling, camping and disc-golf. She has a passion for serving with her home church, Mission Community Church, as well as in local and international missionary and outreach efforts through Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, and Project C.U.R.E., which provides medical care and supplies in developing countries.
Amanda's Vision: "First and foremost I strive to provide each of my patients with compassionate care, focusing on achieving their individual goals. I also seek to create a fun and comfortable environment for their rehabilitation. Physical therapy is not synonymous with pain and torture."
Becky earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Indiana University. She was born and raised in northern Indiana and was a collegiate softball player and youth softball coach in her home town. She enjoys hiking, going to sporting events and spending time with her husband and dog, Nibbler. Becky is trained in Graston Technique, experienced in aquatic therapy and enjoys treating all patients, from athletes to geriatrics.read more
