Nancy is a Physical Therapist for Select Physical Therapy's Simsbury outpatient physical therapy center. She has achieved success in the treatment of Low Back and Neck Pain, Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Total Hip and Total Knee Rehabilitation, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Sports Medicine Injuries, including fracture, knee injuries, hamstring injuries, ankle sprains, running and other sports conditions, as well as pediatric physical therapy.
She earned a Masters Degree from Columbia University School of Physical Therapy in 1983. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including:

Nancy's Vision: Patients are cared for on an individual basis, to provide hands-on treatments to help reduce pain and improve alignment, plus customized and effective therapeutic exercise programs to correct imbalance, strengthen, improve mobility and prevent further injury.
Chris serves as the Head Athletic Trainer to Simsbury High School. He graduated in 2008 from Central Connecticut State University with his Bachelors degree.
He received his National Athletic Training Board of Certification in 2008. Along with his athletic training duties at Simsbury High School, Chris also works with the Physical Therapists at Select Physical Therapy Outpatient Center of Simsbury.
What is an Athletic Trainer?
Certified Athletic Trainers are healthcare professionals who collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and participation of patients and clients. Athletic training encompasses the prevention, diagnosis and intervention of emergency, acute and chronic medical conditions involving impairment, functional limitations and disabilities. Athletic training is recognized by the American Medical Association as a healthcare profession. - Board of Certification
Are they qualified?
All certified and/or licensed athletic trainers must have a Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university and pass the Board of Certification National Exam in order to practice athletic training.
Karleigh Feda, PT, DPT, is a Physical Therapist and Center Manager for Select Physical Therapy?s Simsbury, CT outpatient physical therapy center. She has achieved success in the treatment of various populations across all ages ranging from pediatrics to elderly. She has helped to educate area APRNs and seniors the local Senior Center. She works closely with the Hartford Marathon Foundation to organize and participate in state-wide running clinics and education seminars. She has earned a Doctorate of Physical from the University of Hartford in 2011 and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in 2008. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including:

Alexander P. Sabia, is licensed by the State of Connecticut to practice as a Certified Athletic Trainer and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut. While matriculating at the university, he worked with numerous Division I men and women athletes. In 2005, Alex worked with the university?s football team providing care when the team won their first bowl game in Detroit.
Presently, Alexander is conducting Strength and Conditioning programs for Simsbury High School athletes along with performing duties as Simsbury High School?s Athletic Trainer. Alex is employed by Select Physical Therapy as an Area Sports Medicine Coordinator and Director of Sports Performance Programs and works with a wide array of clients in their clinic location in Simsbury, Connecticut. Alexander has been employed with Select Medical since 2006.
